1.PURPOSE & MISSION

The objective of this organization was and still is to share information and ideas among our members concerning the local Real Estate market.

Additionally, GARA for the past 20 years has raised and distributed back into the Gahanna Community between $150,000 and $ 200,000. These funds were mainly used to assist Gahanna residents in need or the Gahanna Charitable organization called G.R.I.N., Gahanna Residents In Need - Go to: www.grin4gahanna.org.

From time to time we do make donations to organizations outside of our communities, for example the American Red Cross and Save the Children Tsunami Relief Effort. Given our limited resources it was decided that our money would make the greatest impact within our own community.

OUR MISSION

The Gahanna Area Realty Association, a not for profit organization that cultivates positive relationships among Realtors, Real Estate Service Providers, home buyers and sellers and the general public. We provide leadership, promote ethical practices, and elevate the professional knowledge and services of our members. We encourage cooperation for the benefit of our clients, support charitable organizations.

2.MEETINGS

Currently Our Meeting Location is at Simple Time Mixers which has agreed to let us use their facility for the next month as we narrow down a permanent location. This Location is a few door downs from Heart State Brewing 750 Cross Pointe Rd
Gahanna, OH 43230

Doors open at 8:30 AM while the meeting begins at 9:00 AM, immediately followed afterwards, with home tours. Up to nine houses may be scheduled for the tour which usually ends between 11:00 – 11:30 AM.

If Gahanna schools are canceled our meeting is also canceled.

If there is a Gahanna, school 2 hour delay the meeting is held regardless.
