Realtor Care Day
is an annual event that is supported by the Columbus Board of
Realtors.
Many Realtor Associations donated money and volunteered their
time to fix up a home for their community. The Gahanna
Association Committee was headed by Mark Sullivan of Keller
Williams in addition to Brady Jones of Re/Max North, President
of the Westerville Association.
Sheila Triplett represented by Heartland Bank, volunteered a home
that was perfect for the Realtor Care Day. Each week Sheila,
Mark, and Brady spoke at the meetings to get people involved in
order to help raise awareness to this worthy cause.
June 6th was a successful day thanks to over 30
volunteers who painted, cleaned, and gathered two dumpsters of
debris, which included the yard waste.

There
were many volunteers and I want to give thanks to everyone who
gave of their time to assist a
Gahanna
family in need. I hope I have not left anyone who assisted
out.
Much
was accomplished. It seems that every corner we turned we
uncovered another task to accomplish.
Our
TEAM will be back to finish what we have started on Wednesday,
June 13, 2007. Another day we should
be
complete.
I want
to give a special thanks to Shelia Triplet for her research in
identifying our family, and for back up support
role
in pulling a successful REALTOR CARE DAY - 2007.
Also,
Thanks to Brady Jones for his help in organizing the crews and
the projects that need to be accomplished.
